on Rt. 44/55 1-1/2 miles into hamlet. Turn left on Murphy's Lane; proceed

undersigned, know that running is an action sport carrying significant risk of
personal injury. Racing and competing in this sport is even more
dangerous. I know there are manmade and natural obstacles and hazards,
surface and environmental conditions and risks, which in combination with my
actions can cause me very severe or occasionally, fatal, injury. I agree
that I, as a participant, must take an active role in understanding and
accepting these risks, conditions and hazards. I also agree that I (and
not the Town of Gardiner
or the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail) am responsible for my safety while I train
