The Town of Gardiner Planning Board has received an application, for a Special Use Permit submitted on behalf of Kenneth Phillips for a proposed construction of a single family home on property located at 14 Lyons Road in the Town of Gardiner, Section Block Lot # 85.3-1-15 and to utilize the existing residence as an accessory apartment/guest house. The Town of Gardiner Planning Board will be reviewing this application at their regular meeting scheduled for April 15, 2014, meeting starts at 7:30 PM, located at the Town Hall, 2340 Route 44/55.
