NOTIFICATION

A Final Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Gardiner, on the 18th day of August 2015 at

7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Town Meeting Hall, 2340 Rt. 44/55 in the Town of Gardiner, for

Public comment on JACQUELINE ESTATES SUBDIVSION. The property is located on Denniston Road, Section Block

Lot # 100.002-2-18. All interested persons will be heard.

 

A Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Gardiner, on the 18th day of August 2015 at 7:30

PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Town Meeting Hall, 2340 Rt. 44/55 in the Town of Gardiner, for public

comment on Millbrook Family Farms (Alex Dzieduszycki) for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision. The property is located at

2901 Rt. 44/44, Section Block Lot # 93.1-3-10.21. All interested persons will be heard.


 

The Town of Gardiner Planning has received an applicationsubmitted by Mark Talbert and Betty Eickler for a Lot 

Line Revision, lands located at 274 Libertyville Road and 276 Libertyville Road, Town of Gardiner, Section Block Lot

# 86.3-2-5&6. The Town of Gardiner Planning Board will be reviewing the application on August 18, 2015, Tuesday,

meeting starts at 7:30, in the Main Meeting Room of the Town of  Gardiner Town Hall, 2340 Rte. 44/55, to review

All interested persons will be heard.
