7. ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
The Town of Gardiner Planning has scheduled a Public Hearing for Bart V. Colucci application for a minor subdivision and lot line revision, located at 105 Phillies Bridge Road, Section Block Lot #94.1-4-30.510. SAID HEARING will take place at 7:30 PM on Tuesday at the Town of Gardiner Town Hall meeting room located at 2340 Route 44/55 in the Town of Gardiner.
The Town of Gardiner Planning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing for Paul Colucci for a Special Use Permit for property located at 19 Osprey Lane, in the Town of Gardiner, Section Block Lot # 93.-4-6-7. Mr. Colucci is requesting a Special Use Permit to allow the use of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of the 10,175 sq. ft. structure for a “micro-brewery” for Yard Owl Brewing. The Public Hearing is scheduled for April 21, 2015 at 7:30 PM in the Main Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 2340 Route 44/55, Gardiner, NY.
