The Town of Gardiner Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing upon the Application of Shaft Road, LLC for an Open Space (Conservation) Subdivision consisting of ten (10) residential building lots to be located on 88 acres of land owned by Shaft Road, LLC, as Applicant, which lands are situate within the RA (Rural Agricultural) Zoning District along 85/91 Shaft Road and South Mountain Road in the Town of Gardiner [SBL #93.3-1-21.1]

            The Public Hearing has been scheduled for October 18, 2016 at the Town Hall, located at 2340 Route 44/55, Gardiner, New York 12525. The Planning Board meeting and Public Hearing start at 7:30 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter.

This project is classified as an Unlisted Action under SEQRA and a coordinated review with various permitting agencies and review authorities has been undertaken by the Town of Gardiner Planning Board as Lead Agency. You are being notified as a requirement of the Town of Gardiner Municipal Code, because your real property is within 500 feet of the project.
