Open Space (Conservation) Major Subdivision consisting of ten (10) residential building lots, lands situated within the RA Zoning District along 85/91 Shaft Road and South Mountain Road, [S/B/L #93.3-1-21.1]. No new information has been received.

     3.    GREEN 208 LLC DEVELOPMENT (WOODS 1A)

Open Space Development, lands situated in the RA Zoning District, located at 320 Route 208, [94.1-2-10.1].

The Town of Gardiner Planning Board will be reviewing a Sketch Plan for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision for Gardiner Industrial Development Corp. – Mario Milano (Osprey Lane Extension West Subdivision).  Project site is located on Osprey Lane, which land is located in CLI (Commercial Light Industry) Zoning District in the Town of Gardiner [S/B/L#93.4-6-1].

                Sketch review has been scheduled for March 21, 2017 at the Town Hall, located at 2340 Route 44/55, Gardiner, New York 12525. The Planning Board meeting starts at 7:30 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter.

You are being notified as a requirement of the Town of Gardiner Municipal Code, because your real property is within 500 feet of the project.
