Requesting an area variance for three existing residential lots that do not have public road frontage.
Subdivision was approved with plans to extend the existing public road to create frontage for the three lots. Variance will allow lots to have access over a common private driveway. Lands situated along Hickory Ridge Road in the District RA. [SBL # 93.4-5-19.12, 19.13 & 19.14].
